He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely a standout employee and a huge reason why the experience was so enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting—Thor truly makes a difference!"

"I go about once a month and stay a night or 2. Everytime I go I enjoy the restaurants and the fun of the casino. Hotel is very clean. The people at hotel make checking in easy. The servers in the restaurants are great. My favorite is the Steak restaurant. The servers are very well trained and the manager checks with everyone to make sure they enjoyed there meal. "Ate at the steak house had a great dinning experience! We had the Ribeye with green beans and loaded potato. Was delicious. Steak was cooked well. Server was great. The food was good . The busser really stuck out to me the most. I watched him clearing table quickly and he kept checking up on each table with a smile making sure we had everything okay. Very pleasant gentleman. "Amazing!!!! From parking the car to getting our room the place is clean, welcoming but I was not thrilled with the smoking in casino. The air filtration was the life saver there. We had been to the old Brighton casino several times and this one is certainly much nicer in comparison. But as others have noted it is out in the middle of nowhere. "Good atmosphere and customer service. Good selection of slot machines and table games for small casino. I only wish the Non smoker section would be 10 times bigger than the smoking section. It feels like the whole casino is free smoking."

"I have been receiving flyers for a complimentary two night stay. I decided I wanted to use it. I called and was told that the two dates I wanted was unavailable. I said I wanted to upgrade to more expensive room and I would pay the difference, I was told not available, and to call back in 24-48 hours. i went online and the rooms, 2 queens, and also the luxury king were available.
